Last Thursday, I decided to
exercise take a night on the town and catch a live band. I think the last band I saw was a barbershop quartet at Disneyland 3 months ago. Are they even considered a band? Anyway, I saw that Caspian was in town and tried to find someone to tag along with me but apparently people just aren't ready for some solid POST-ROCK in their lives. THE FUCKING NERVE OF SOME PEOPLE.
Since I was going alone, I didn't want to spend a shit ton amount of time on my phone so I decided to
steal borrow the Canon 7D from work and test out shooting some photos. A lot of the photos are dark silhouettes and a lot of noise due to the amazing lighting from the show. Once they came on stage, they opened up with Arcs of Command and I pretty much blacked out from there. If you're into some heavy instrumentals with a dash of heavenly melodic shit, this band is for you. Enjoy the photos and check out their live performance at KEXP in Seattle.
